#1) Identify this Google doodle..?

#2) A question for my Chennai makkal as usual..!
Cenotaph Road is a famous road in Teynampet, Chennai. I'm sure every Chennai vaasii's would be quite aware of that. This road connects Mount Road to Turn Bulls Signal, Kotturpuram and the like. The road has important landmarks like the Russian Trade Embassy, Japanese consulate. ICICI Bank, TPL House (which houses Tamil Nadu Petroproducts Limited, Sasken Communication Technologies, Ernst & Young, etc), a Cafe Coffee Day outlet are other important landmarks on this road. My question here is quite simple. Why is the road named so? (No, Mr. Cenotaph didn't live there) :-)

In the 1970s, in the heart of Chennai, adjacent to Mount Road (Anna Salai), a tiny street sprouted with just five shops, dealing with electronic component spare parts. In just five years, this tiny market had 25 shops, with people from all over Tamil Nadu coming here to purchase electronic component spare parts, for assembling various electronic equipments. Colloquially known as the Radio market then, it's now called as "Narasinghapuram street". How do we better know this place as...? (No more clues :D)

He was married to Mathivathani Erambu. They had a daughter Duvaraga and two sons, Charles Anthony and Balachandran. Who am i talking about...? They contain hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, but the structure of these proteins differ from strain to strain due to rapid genetic mutation in the viral genome. They are assigned an H number and an N number based on which forms of these two proteins the strain contains. There are 16 H and 9 N subtypes known in birds, but only H 1, 2 and 3, and N 1 and 2 are commonly found in humans. what am i refering to..?
